What Rights Do I Get For Each Beat That I Buy? Are They Exclusive Or Non-Exclusive?
You get non-exclusive “leased” rights to any beat you buy from our site. This means that you can use the beat for your own personal use in anyway you see fit. You cannot use the beat, any form of the beat, any sample of the beat, any part of the beat, or any song track that you make with the beat for profit or for commercial use in any way, shape, or form.
Can I buy Exclusive Rights To Your Beats?
Yes, you can buy exclusive rights to any of our beats. Use our “Contact Us” page to email us about your interests in purchasing a beat and we’ll give you a price quote for that beat within 24-48 hours.
Are Your Beats Copyrighted?
Yes, our beats are all copyrighted. If you wish to buy exclusive rights to a beat you will be transferred all rights including Copyrights.
Am I Allowed To Edit The Beats That I Buy From You?
Since the beats you buy through our site are non-exclusive leased beats and are not permitted for profit or commercial use you can edit them in any way you wish.
Do I Have To Clear Any Samples That Are Used In Your Beats That I Purchase?
Since you are not permitted to use our non-exclusive leased beats for profit or commercial use you are not required to clear samples at all. If you decide to buy exclusive rights to a beat then you have to clear any samples before commercial use.
How Often Do You Add New Beats To Your Site?
How often we add new beats to the site will vary, but we average about 3-5 new quality beats per month. Just fill out the email notification form near the top of any page on our site to get instant email notifications when new beats are added.
What File Format Do I Get When I Buy One Of Your Beats?
You will get a standard MP3 file format.
What Equipment Do You Use To Make Your Beats?
Currently we use a combination of the Akai MPC2500, the Roland MV8800, Propellarhead Reason, and/or Propellarhead Recycle.
Are There Any Refunds?
Yes, but only for very good reasons. Since the beats are digital files that you can hear a preview before buying them there are very tight restrictions on refunds. If you have any reason that you want a refund please contact us so that we can try to correct any issues.
